Contest Terms & Conditions:
1. Deadline for submissions is December 31, 2022 5 pm Pacific Time.
2. Submissions are reviewed and chosen by our contest team. Submission information is kept private.

3. By entering you agree to the use of your name and event photos on Barn Up The Hill social media and website.
​
4. The Contest Winner will be announced on January 07, 2023 at noon Pacific Time.

5. The Contest Winner will be notified via the provided email. Once notified winner will have 7 days to confirm.
6. Upon confirmation with the Winner a venue appointment will be scheduled to see the venue and meet. The Winner will be required to sign a venue contract and a damage deposit submitted. The damage deposit is returned minus any damages after the event.
7. There is no cash value to the Winner. If event is cancelled no payments will be owed to the Winner, other than a refund of the damage deposit.
8. If prize event date do not work for the Winner the prize will be forfeited.
9 . Prize cannot be transferred or sold to another person(s), business, organization, affiliate or entity. It is for the sole use of the chosen Winner's personal wedding event.

10. Prize cannot be moved to another date or year at anytime by the Winner. Once prize is accepted that date is confirmed and cannot be changed for any reason by the Winner. If the Winner needs to cancel the wedding event the event is fully cancelled.
11. In the event of cancellation of the wedding event for any reason Barn Up The Hill is not responsible nor liable for any expenses the Winner may have relating to the event in any way including but not limited to vendor deposits and purchases for event.
12. The Winner is required to enter into an event contract with Barn Up The Hill and agrees to all Barn Up The Hill policies and requirements to host a wedding event.

13. The Winner will be liable and responsible for their event. This includes obtaining required insurance and licenses.
14. The Winner will be liable for any and all damages from their event.
15. Barn Up The Hill reserves the right to not choose a winner should a compatible winner for the venue not enter.
16. Barn Up The Hill reserves the right to change the event date offered for any reason as per Barn Up The Hill polices.
17. ONE contest entry per or for the couple. The number of entries does not determine the winner.
